Why not just soak and peel at home?
You can, and that is where this started. It takes 8 to 10 hours of soaking and a slow morning of peeling, and almost nobody keeps the habit. We do the same process, then dry the almonds gently so they keep.
Why remove the skin at all?
The skin carries tannins, which taste bitter and interfere with nutrient absorption. What is left is the sweet, plump kernel.
Are these blanched?
No. Blanching means boiling the almond to slip the skin off, and high heat destroys heat sensitive nutrients and alters the natural fats. Ours are soaked and peeled, then dried at 50°C.
Are they roasted or fried?
Neither. No oil, no salt, no roasting. The only ingredient is almonds.
How should I store them?
Keep it cool: a cool pantry works, the refrigerator is better. Keep it airtight: exposure to air softens the texture, so reseal the pouch tightly every time.
How long do they keep?
The packed on and best before dates are printed on every pouch.
Do you take cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery and UPI both, anywhere our courier partners deliver.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch is within 2 days of ordering, because each batch is made after the order comes in. Most pincodes receive it inside a week.
What if my pack arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the pouch and we replace the order in full. No form, nothing to send back.
Is it suitable for children and elders?
They are softer than raw almonds and there is no skin to chew through, which is why households soak almonds in the first place. They are a tree nut, so the usual nut allergy caution applies.
Are they vegetarian?
Yes. Green veg mark on the pack. The only ingredient is almonds.
Do you have a 1kg pack?
Not yet. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you when larger packs are available.
